Notice on Attending the Press Conference on Oct.26

The Spokesperson for the 19th National Congress of the CPC will host a press conference on the interpretation of the Report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC at 10:00 am on Thursday 26 October 2017 at the Press Conference Hall, 2nd floor of the Media Center. Leading officials in this respect will meet the press and answer questions from journalists. Journalists are kindly reminded of the following:

1. Journalists who have received confirmation notification are kindly requested to collect the invitation no later than 19:00, 25 October at the Reception for Chinese Mainland Journalists, Reception for Journalists from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan and Reception for Foreign Journalists at the Press Center.

2. Please arrive 60 minutes in advance with your invitation (each invitation admits one person only) and press card for the Congress, go through security check (including your camera, video camera and other equipment), and take seats at designated areas at the Press Conference Hall.

3. Please park your vehicle with vehicle pass at designated areas in the parking lot of the Media Center or that of the China Millennium Monument.

4. The event will be live broadcast by China National Radio (CNR), China Central Television (CCTV) (CGTN), and China Radio International (CRI), and will also be live streamed on people.cn, xinhuanet.com, CNTV, china.com.cn, the People’s Daily App, the Xinhua News Agency App, and the CCTV news App. The Press Center will provide free public signals for live broadcast. Please be advised that wireless launch equipment are not allowed in the area.
